Fujian Longking Completes Filing for A-Share Private Placement
Fujian Longking (SHA:600388) said its filing documents for the 2025 A-share private placement were accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.The air pollution equipment manufacturer will now proceed with share registration and custody arrangements for the newly issued shares, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the company closed 1% higher Thursday.
