Zhejiang Weiming Environment Protection Wins 281 Million Yuan Waste-to-Energy Bid

Zhejiang Weiming Environment Protection (SHA:603568) won a 281 million yuan bid for a waste-to-energy project for the Puxian Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The Yellow River Basin Regional Waste‑to‑Energy Project, undertaken with Shanxi Hongyuan Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation, will treat 500 tons of waste daily.

The project has a concession period of 40 years, with two years for preparation and 38 years of operation, covering six counties in western Linfen City, China.
