Zhejiang Hailiang Proposes Name Change to Hailiang Materials

Zhejiang Hailiang (SHE:002203) plans to change its company name to Zhejiang Hailiang Materials and its securities abbreviation to Hailiang Materials from Hailiang Shares.

The rebranding is designed to better reflect the company's shift from a traditional copper tube processor into a comprehensive, advanced copper-based materials enterprise, covering HVAC and industrial copper products, lithium-ion and PCB copper foils, and AI application copper-based material products, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The change is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Shares of Zhejiang Hailiang were down 3% in recent trade.

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
