Zangge Mining (SHE:000408) received a cash dividend 923.4 million yuan from 30.78%-owned investee Tibet Julong Copper.
This brought cumulative 2026 dividends from Tibet Julong Copper to 2.46 billion yuan, representing 63.92% of the company's 2025 annual net profit, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Zangge Mining said the dividends significantly boost liquidity, strengthen its capacity to fund key projects including the Mamiso Salt Lake lithium-boron mine and Laos potash mine, and support sustainable shareholder returns.
Shares of the potassium chloride and lithium carbonate producer were down 7% in recent trade.
