Yanbu National Petrochemical (SASE:2290), d/b/a Yansab, said Wednesday its board decided to distribute an unchanged cash dividend of 1 Saudi riyal per share for the first half of 2026.
The petrochemical products company will pay the dividend on Sept. 28 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 6.
Repsol (REP.MC) concluded its share repurchase program worth 350 million euros and decided to terminate it before its expiration date of July 30.The Spanish energy company bought back a total of 15,768,002 shares, corresponding to 1.43% of its share capital, according to a Tuesday release.In addition, the company executed a capital reduction of 15.8 million euros through the redemption of these shares.
