Repsol (REP.MC) concluded its share repurchase program worth 350 million euros and decided to terminate it before its expiration date of July 30.
The Spanish energy company bought back a total of 15,768,002 shares, corresponding to 1.43% of its share capital, according to a Tuesday release.
In addition, the company executed a capital reduction of 15.8 million euros through the redemption of these shares.
