Ximei Resources (HKG:9936) is looking to raise HK$549 million via a two-step stock offering, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Wu Lijue, the company's founder and chairman, plans to sell 34.1 million shares of the company at HK$16.10 apiece to new investors.
The shareholder then plans to subscribe to an equal number of shares from Ximei Resources on the same terms.
The shares represent 8.97% of the company's issued share capital and 8.23% as enlarged by the offering.
Funds raised will be used for developing the company's business and general working capital.
