XCF Global Adds Chair Title to CEO Chris Cooper

XCF Global (SAFX) said Friday that its chief executive officer, Chris Cooper, was appointed to the additional role of board chair, effective May 28.

Former interim board chair Wray Thorn will remain on the board and transition to the role of finance committee chairperson, the company said.

Board member Si-Yeon Kim will take on responsibilities as the lead independent board director alongside her existing position as governance committee chairperson, XCF Global said.
