WSP Global (WSP.TO) after trade Thursday said Joseph Sczurko, president of its US region, will retire at the end of 2026.
He joined WSP through its acquisition of Wood's Environment & Infrastructure business, where he was the chief executive, the company added.
To support the transition, Katus Watson, the company's US chief operating officer, will become interim US region president on Oct. 1. Sczurko will remain as an advisor through Dec. 31 to help with the transition, WSP said.
"Katus Watson will continue to work closely with WSP's executive leadership team to advance the firm's strategic priorities and maintain its focus on client service, operational excellence, and sustainable growth," it added.
