Wipro Renews Digital Workplace Services Contract With ABB

Wipro (WIT) and ABB renewed their Digital Workplace Services contract, under which Wipro will continue delivering AI-enabled workplace services across ABB's global operations, the company said Wednesday.

The engagement will use Wipro's AI platforms to enhance workplace automation and modernization through GenAI-powered self-service, virtual agents, auto-remediation and AI-assisted dispatch.

Wipro will use telemetry and usage insights to optimize device lifecycle management and strengthen endpoint security while supporting ABB's digital transformation and sustainability goals, it added.
