Williams-Sonoma's (WSM) industry trends are improving along with strong site traffic and transaction data, RBC Capital Markets said in a note Friday.
With the expected interest rate cuts later this year, the company is set up for an upward earnings revision cycle, especially if it can maintain cost discipline, analysts said.
The company is expected to either reaffirm its annual guidance when it reports its fiscal Q2 results in late August, citing conservatism amid an uncertain macro environment, or raise the low end of the range, according to the note.
Analysts raised Williams-Sonoma's 2026 and 2027 adjusted earnings per share estimates to $9.38 and $10.39, respectively, from $9.01 and $9.58.
RBC Capital Markets increased its price target on the stock to $260 from $192, with an outperform rating.
