Wildcat Resources (ASX:WC8) advanced the definitive feasibility study for the Tabba Tabba project in Western Australia in the period ended June 30, targeting an expansion to 4.5 million tonnes per year, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Metallurgical test work confirmed premium spodumene concentrate quality from the project, producing 5.65% lithium oxide concentrate with low iron, the filing said.
The company also completed resource drilling at the Bolt Cutter Central discovery, with resource modelling now in progress, per the filing.
Shares fell 1% in morning trade on Wednesday.
