WHA's (BKK:WHA) indirect joint venture, GC Logistics Solutions (Vietnam), has approved its dissolution under Vietnamese law.
The company said the dissolution process is expected to be completed in 2027, according to a Wednesday Thailand Exchange filing.
WHA holds an indirect 50% stake in the venture through WHA GC Logistics Co. Ltd.
