Weatherford International (WFRD) is positioned for stronger free-cash-flow generation and peer-leading growth, supported by margin discipline, RBC Capital Markets said Wednesday in a report.
Weatherford lifted its full-year cash-conversion guidance to the mid-to-high-40% range and reiterated confidence in reaching a 50% through-cycle target, even as Middle East disruptions continue to weigh on rig activity, the report said.
RBC said it remains bullish on the stock, pointing to Weatherford's growth outlook and attractive valuation. It lifted its EBITDA estimates to $992 million for 2026 and $1.15 billion for 2027, and introduced a 2028 forecast of $1.24 billion.
RBC maintained its outperform rating on Weatherford stock and its $124 price target.
