Vobile Group Unit Enters Strategic Partnership, Commercial Agreements

A unit of Vobile Group (HKG:3738) entered into strategic partnership and commercial agreements with Unified National Networks, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Under the contracts, the subsidiary confirmed the strategic partnership and secured 25MW AI-ready data center capacity with liquid-cooling and high-power-density.

This allows the company to build and operate AI factories in Brunei Darussalam using advanced AI computing systems powered by NVIDIA, which will help scale its DreamMaker platform and related services.

The agreements also encompass a subsequent phase of an additional 25MW capacity to support the company's future expansion.

Kafelaku Coffee Upsizes Private Placement to HK$11.6 Million

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
