Vitalist (VITA.V) reported first quarter net loss of nil per share compared with net loss per share of C$0.01 a year earlier.
Total revenue decreased to C$756,806 in the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared with C$1.5 million, a year-ago. The company said this decrease is related to a reduction in sales volumes due to distributors and retailers selling through inventory instead of re-stocking, partially offset by the unwinding of previously estimated B2B refund provisions.
The company's shares last traded Aug. 19, closing at C$0.5 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
