VitalHub (VHI.TO) is expanding its AI capabilities by launching VitalHub AI Scribe, it said Tuesday.
AI Scribe automatically generates documentation, including case notes, transcriptions, client summaries, and patient summaries, from conversations, said the company.
The company is going to offer AI Scribe in its CaseWORKS and TREAT solutions, it added.
The company also said Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington (CMHA WW) has become the first organization to deploy VitalHub AI Scribe through the CaseWORKS case management solution.
"AI Scribe reflects VitalHub's approach to delivering practical AI that addresses real-world challenges for our customers," said Chief Executive Officer Dan Matlow. "We see significant opportunities to extend this capability across our portfolio and are pleased to begin with CMHA WW."
The company's shares were last seen down CA$0.16 to CA$7.50 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
