-- Victory Square Technologies (VST.CN) late on Monday said it has declared a special dividend of 1.1 million class A common shares in the capital of Yocale.ai held by VST to its shareholders.
The dividend will be distributed to VST shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 24 at a rate of about 10.549 Yocale shares for every 1,000 VST shares held.
The dividend ratio is based on about 104.3 million VST shares issued and outstanding.
The dividend is scheduled to be issued to the shareholders on April 30.
The listing of the shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange and the dividend remain subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions.
