Valor (TYO:9956) has finalized the issue price for its new public offering of shares at 3,152 yen apiece, bringing the total offering value to approximately 14.8 billion yen, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
The net amount to be paid to the company is 3,022 yen per share, yielding total net proceeds of about 14.2 billion yen for the public portion.
This capital injection will increase both the company's stated capital and additional capital reserves by about 7.09 billion yen each, with the payment date scheduled for July 15.
Valor also announced a secondary offering of 704,100 shares via an over-allotment option, priced identically at 3,152 yen per share for a total value of 2.22 billion yen, with a delivery date of July 16.
The company also confirmed an associated third-party allotment capped at an issue price of 3,022 yen per share, with payment due on Aug. 13.
The total net proceeds from the capital raise, reaching up to about 16.2 billion yen across all tranches, will be deployed to fund capital expenditures.
