Vallourec (VK.PA) secured a contract to deliver carbon steel seamless line pipes, thermal insulation coating, as well as rigid risers and flowlines.
The steel tubes manufacturer said Wednesday that the equipment will be used for the Unitized ATAPU consortium-developed Atapu 2 project in Brazil.
The company noted that it will manufacture the line pipes at its Jeceaba mill. The coating, meanwhile, will be manufactured in its Serra facility.
Repsol (REP.MC) concluded its share repurchase program worth 350 million euros and decided to terminate it before its expiration date of July 30.The Spanish energy company bought back a total of 15,768,002 shares, corresponding to 1.43% of its share capital, according to a Tuesday release.In addition, the company executed a capital reduction of 15.8 million euros through the redemption of these shares.
