TCL Technology Group (SHE:000100) will raise 2 billion yuan via two tranches of corporate bonds, according to a Thursday after-hours filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The two tranches have a size of 1 billion yuan each, the appliance maker said.The first tranche has a term of three years with a rate of 1.85% and an oversubscription rate of 2.9 times, while the second tranche has a coupon rate of 2.1% and was oversubscribed 1.2 times.The bonds form part of a 10 billion yuan bond program.
SGC Energy (KRX:005090) will issue bonds worth 50 billion won through a private placement on Friday, according to a Thursday filing with the Korea Exchange.The bonds have a coupon rate of 6.60% and will mature on Aug. 21, 2056.The energy company will channel proceeds from the bonds for its operating capital.Korea Investment & Securities acts as the offering's lead underwriter.Shares of the company fell more than 2% in Friday's early afternoon trading.

The bonds are the first tranche of its rural revitalization bond program.Bank of China (HKG:3988, SHA:601988) is the lead underwriter, with Industrial Bank (SHA:601166), China Bohai Bank (HKG:9668), China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939), and CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) as the joint lead underwriters.
