SGC Energy (KRX:005090) will issue bonds worth 50 billion won through a private placement on Friday, according to a Thursday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 6.60% and will mature on Aug. 21, 2056.
The energy company will channel proceeds from the bonds for its operating capital.
Korea Investment & Securities acts as the offering's lead underwriter.
Shares of the company fell more than 2% in Friday's early afternoon trading.
