Nostrum Oil & Gas Launches Offer to Redeem $30 Million of Senior Notes Due 2026

Nostrum Oil & Gas (NOG.L) is offering to repurchase up to $30 million of its outstanding 5% senior secured notes due 2026.

The oil and gas company opened the offer on July 24, according to a same-day filing. The notes are part of an original issuance worth $250 million, with $244.4 million outstanding as of offer launch.

The redemption offer will run until Aug. 21, and settlement is scheduled in three days once the transaction takes effect.
