Update: SentinelOne Shares Fall After Fiscal 2027 Adjusted EPS Outlook Cut

SentinelOne (S) shares were down over 6% in Friday afternoon trading, a day after the company lowered its fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS outlook.

The company reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.08 per diluted share, up from $0.04 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $292 million, up from $242.2 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $290.2 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.08 to $0.09 per diluted share on revenue of $309 million to $311 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.11 and $309.4 million, respectively.

The company said it expects fiscal 2027 adjusted earnings of $0.30 to $0.32 per diluted share, below its previous guidance of $0.32 to $0.38 per diluted share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.35.

The company sees revenue for the year in the range of $1.202 billion to $1.207 billion, versus $1.195 billion to $1.205 billion previously. Analysts polled by FactSet estimate $1.20 billion.
