Update: PagerDuty Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Company Plans 15% Workforce Cut

PagerDuty (PD) reported Thursday Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.32 per diluted share, up from $0.30 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.31.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 rose to $124.4 million from $123.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts projected $123.3 million.

The company expects Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.34 to $0.36 on revenue of $123 million to $125 million. Analysts project EPS of $0.34 on revenue of $124.4 million.

PagerDuty expects 2027 adjusted EPS of $1.33 to $1.37 on revenue of $491.5 million to $496.5 million. Analysts project EPS of $1.32 on revenue of $494.2 million.

In a regulatory filing, the company said it plans to cut 15% of its workforce as part of a restructuring and record non-recurring charges of $5.5 million to $7.5 million related to the move.

PagerDuty shares fell 2.4% in after-hours trading.
