RBC raised Palo Alto Networks' (PANW) price target to $475 from $434 on reporting strong quarterly results relative to elevated investor expectations.
Palo Alto "showed quarter showed broad-based strength across all platforms, with recent acquisitions tracking ahead of plan as AI reshapes the threat landscape and could be a significant LT tailwind," analysts led by Matthew Hedberg wrote in a Wednesday note.
Analysts at RBC also highlighted their confidence in consolidation momentum and the multiple AI opportunities the company has.
Palo Alto Networks has an average rating of overweight and mean price target of $383.86, according to analysts polled by FactSet.
