NIQ Global Intelligence (NIQ) shares rose more than 38% in Tuesday trading after the company late Monday posted better-than-expected Q2 adjusted earnings and revenue.
The company reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.27 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.01 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.20.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.12 billion, up from $1.04 billion a year earlier.

The company expects Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.22 to $0.24 and revenue of $1.105 billion to $1.108 billion. Analysts expect $0.22 and $1.11 billion, respectively.
For 2026, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $1.08 to $1.12 and revenue of $4.50 billion to $4.51 billion. NIQ previously expected adjusted EPS of $0.95 to $0.99 and revenue of $4.47 billion to $4.48 billion.
Analysts expect $0.98 and $4.48 billion, respectively.
