Ares Management (ARES) and Three Hills Capital are in talks to provide loans to Toscafund Asset Management to help finance its acquisition of Spire Healthcare Group, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Toscafund is seeking financing worth about 1 billion pounds ($1.3 billion), the report said, citing the people.

Ares declined to comment, while Three Hills didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from.
