Zeta Global Holdings (ZETA) reported Q2 net income late Tuesday of $8.17 million, swinging from the loss of $12.8 million a year earlier.
Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $442.8 million from $308.4 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $420.6 million.
The company expects Q3 revenue of $469 million to $472 million, up $10 million at the midpoint from the prior guidance of $461 million.
Analysts project $461 million.
Zeta boosted full-year guidance to GAAP EPS of $0.09 to $0.11 from the prior forecast of $0.02 to $0.04 on revenue of $1.811 billion to $1.824 billion, up $33 million at the midpoint from the previous projection of $1.785 billion.
Analysts expect EPS of $0.04 on revenue of $1.79 billion.
Zeta shares fell 6.8% in after-hours trading.
