Gentherm (THRM) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.75 per diluted share, up from $0.54 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.56.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $416.2 million, up from $375.1 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $382.9 million.
For 2026, the company raised its revenue guidance to between $1.55 billion and $1.65 billion from its previous guidance of $1.5 billion to $1.6 billion.
Analysts expect $1.56 billion.
Gentherm said its board approved a new three-year share repurchase program authorizing the repurchase of up to $400 million of its issued and outstanding common stock, replacing the existing program effective Monday.
Shares of Gentherm were up 23% in Thursday afternoon trading.
