Centrus Energy (LEU) shares fell 8.7% in Thursday trading, a day after the company priced a public offering of its stock and warrants for expected gross proceeds of about $500 million.
The offering includes 500,000 class A common shares, prefunded warrants to purchase about 2 million shares and common warrants to purchase up to 6.99 million shares.
The securities were priced at $199.64 a share and accompanying warrants, and $199.54 per prefunded warrant and accompanying warrants.
Centrus expects the offering to close around Friday and plans to use the net proceeds for general working capital and corporate purposes.
