Ameresco (AMRC) shares were down 10% in Thursday trading after the company said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Mark Chiplock will resign effective Sept. 25 to take a CFO role at a private equity-owned company in a different industry.
Chiplock will remain CFO through September 25 to support an orderly transition, the company said, adding that it has begun a search for his successor.
The company reiterated full-year 2026 guidance, including revenue of $2.0 billion to $2.2 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $250 million to $270 million, and non-GAAP EPS of $1.15 to $1.35.
