United Overseas Bank (SGX:U11) filed for the listing of 500 million euros 3.342% covered bonds due 2031 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on Sept. 10, the filing said.
Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) priced its inaugural offshore bond issue of 500 million yuan, marking its debut in the market.The three-year bond carries a 2.1% annual coupon, according to a Tuesday filing.Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings.
Marui Group (TYO:8252) filed for the listing of 50 billion yen zero coupon convertible bonds due 2031 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on Sept. 10, the filing said.
Malayan Banking (KLSE:MAYBANK) has raised around $700 million through a two-part sale of US dollar bonds, Reuters reported on Tuesday, quoting an updated term sheet.The Malaysian lender's offering includes $300 million of three-year floating-rate notes priced at 60 basis points above the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR).
