Unisplendour (SHE:000938) completed the registration related to the acquisition of H3C Holdings, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
The semiconductor company's subsidiary, Unis International Information Technology, is one of the seven owners of a 19% stake in H3C Group. The acquisition also raised the company's indirect shareholding in H3C to 87.98% from 81%.
The Chinese information technology company's shares fell 2% at the close.
