Unisem (M) (KLSE:UNISEM) completed the first tranche of its private placement after 101.6 million new shares were listed and quoted on Bursa Malaysia's Main Market.
The private placement will involve the issuance of up to 10% of Unisem's issued share capital, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
