Union Gas (SGX:1F2) expects to end 2026 strongly as it reported a 179% year-on-year surge in first-half net profit to SG$12 million.
Revenue jumped 66% annually to SG$106 million, driven by over fivefold increase in Liquid Fuel revenue to SG$51.7 million, according to a Thursday Singapore Exchange filing.
The company declared an interim dividend of SG$0.0048 per share and its first-ever special dividend of SG$0.0032 per share, bringing total second-half dividends to SG$0.0080.
Looking ahead, Union Gas expects full-year revenue to benefit from a full year of sales from its Dunman Road service station and about 11 months of sales from its Queensway outlet.
The company also plans to open service stations in Marsiling and Jurong West in 2027, it said.
