Unicore Agri completed the subscription of shares in Ellipsiz (SGX:BIX) subsidiary, ISE Foods Holdings, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The subscription was completed after Unicore made the final tranche of payment of around SG$1.7 million plus interest.
Following the transaction, Unicore's stake in ISE is now 34.96%.
