Trinity Biotech (TRIB) secured $7 million in additional investment from funds managed by Perceptive Advisors, the company's largest financial investor and primary lender.
The investment includes $2.5 million of new debt funding and $4.5 million of capitalized interest under an amendment to existing financing arrangements, Trinity said Friday in a statement.
The company also regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.
