Trilogy Metals (TMQ.TO) said Thursday a coordinated federal and state permitting schedule for its Arctic copper-zinc-lead-gold-silver project in Alaska targets a Record of Decision for September 2028.
The Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council published the coordinated permitting schedule on its permitting dashboard, confirming the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as the lead federal agency for the environmental review.
The schedule follows the project's designation under the FAST-41 permitting process in May and Trilogy's application for a Clean Water Act Section 404 permit in April.
Trilogy is advancing the project through Ambler Metals, its 50/50 joint venture with South32.
