Transworld Shipping Lines (NSE:TRANSWORLD, BOM:520151) said it has completed the sale of its M.V. SSL Bharat container vessel to Avana Logistek, according to an Indian bourse filing on Wednesday.
Shares of the company fell nearly 2% in early trade on Thursday.
The vessel was delivered at Cochin Port in India after executing the delivery and acceptance protocol between the buyer and the seller, the filing said.
