Tolerance Technology (Jiangsu) (SHE:301583) has launched an initial public offering on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board, according to a Thursday filing.
The semiconductor equipment manufacturer will issue up to 46.4 million shares via offline and online placement, the filing said.
The company will determine the IPO price on June 26.
