Tilray Brands (TLRY.TO, TLRY) moved higher in after-hours Nasdaq trading after the cannabis and beverage company reported fiscal fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of $0.05 per share, down from $0.14 per share a year prior.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss per share of $0.01.
Revenue for the quarter ended May 31 rose 25% to $281.7 million from $224.5 million a year ago.
Analysts expected revenue of $246.3 million.
For the fiscal year ending May 31, 2027, the company said it expects adjusted EBITDA of $68 million to $75 million, which represents double digit growth as compared to fiscal year 2026.
The company's shares were last seen up 1.5% after hours to $4.09. They closed down 0.7% to C$5.68 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
