Tidewater Renewables (LCFS.TO), last seen up 5% to a record high, earlier Thursday said its second-quarter net earnings fell to C$0.13 per share, from C$0.35 per share, in the prior year period due to non-cash derivative and warrant liability changes.
The result missed the consensus analyst estimate of C$0.44 per share, according to FactSet.
Revenue jumped 118% year over year to C$160.6 million for the quarter ended June 30, beating the C$100.1 million forecast.
Tidewater Renewables also updated its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to between C$130.0 million to C$140.0 million from C$100.0 million to C$110.0 million.
Shares were last seen uo C$0.89, to C$18.25 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
