Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure (TWM.TO), up 5.8% on last look to a more than 2.5 year high, swung to a second-quarter profit of C$0.68 per share, compared with a loss of C$0.75 in the prior year period.
Analysts polled by FactSet had expected a profit of C$1.07 per share.
The company reported a record quarterly consolidated adjusted EBITDA of C$88.9 million for the quarter ended June 30, compared with C$16.0 million in the same period last year.
Tidewater raised its 2026 full year consolidated adjusted EBITDA guidance to C$230 million to C$250 million, which is a 20% increase over the midpoint of the prior guidance, a statement said.
Tidewater Midstream shares were last seen up C$1.24, to C$22.60, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
