Thunder Mountain Gold (THM.V) on Friday said it closed a non-brokered private placement of share units that raised $5.66 million.
The company placed 8.09-million units priced at $0.70 and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $1.00.
Proceeds will be used for advancing the South Mountain project located in Owyhee County, Idaho, including drilling, assaying, and geophysical surveys and general administration to carry out these programs, it said.
Shares of the company were last seen down C$0.01, or 0.8%, to C$1.20 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
