Terra Innovatum Global (NKLR) said Monday it signed a nonbinding letter of intent with Waiken ILW to deploy up to 8 megawatts electric of behind-the-meter generating capacity using its SOLO microreactor platform at DIRECTV Latin America and SKY Brasil broadcasting data center facilities in Argentina and Brazil.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The company said the planned deployment is intended to provide behind-the-meter clean energy for the facilities and serve as a proof of concept for other long-term, energy-intensive operations within the Waiken ILW group.
