Telekomunikasi Indonesia Sells Entire Stake in Administrasi Medika

Telekomunikasi Indonesia (IDX:TLKM) sold its entire stake in Administrasi Medika to Global Assistance & Healthcare Singapore, according to a filing with the Indonesian bourse.

The disposal was made through the state-owned telecom network's subsidiary, Multimedia Nusantara, and venture arm Metra Digital Investama Ventura

The move is part of the company's plan to simplify its portfolio and align with Danantara Asset Management Persero's strategic plan for unit streamlining in state-owned firms.
