Tata Capital (NSE:TATACAP, BOM:544574) said Chief Risk Officer Nitin Dharma has resigned to pursue other personal and professional interests, according to a Wednesday filing on Indian bourses.
He will cease to hold the position of chief risk officer on June 30 and remain with the company until Sept. 7 to support the transition process, the filing said.
The company has appointed Kamal Bhatia as chief risk officer for a two-year term effective July 1. Bhatia currently serves as senior vice president and chief credit officer for SME Finance at the company, the filing said.
