Tasmea Declares Fully Franked Special Dividend; Shares Hit All-Time High

Tasmea (ASX:TEA) declared a fully franked special dividend of AU$0.10 per share, representing a capital return of about AU$26.2 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The board approved the inclusion of the dividend in the company's dividend reinvestment plan at AU$6.85 per share, the filing said.

The dividend is payable June 25 to shareholders on record as of June 10, per the filing.

Shares fell nearly 2% in morning trade Thursday but earlier hit an all-time high.

Downer EDI (ASX:DOW) won contracts of up to nine years to provide road maintenance and incident response services on Transurban's (ASX:TCL) northern assets in New South Wales, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.Transurban's northern assets include the NorthConnex tunnel, M2 Motorway, and Lane Cove Tunnel, the filing said.Service delivery under the New South Wales Incident Response and Maintenance Services (North Region) contracts will start in July for an initial seven-year term, with the option for two one-year extensions.The company expects total revenue of AU$310 million over the full nine-year term, per the filing.Downer shares fell 1% in morning trade on Thursday.
