T2 Metals Raises $7.4 Million in Total After Closing Final Tranche of Non-Brokered Private Placement

-- T2 Metals (TWO.V) on Wednesday said it closed the final tranche of a non-brokered private placement of share units that raised $68,000.

The company said it placed 136,000 units priced at $0.50 and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.75 in the tranche

In total, he company placed 14.9-million units in the financing, raising $7.4 million.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.025 to $0.475 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
